What if you could make the most important decisions of your life by following your inner wisdom, the "still, small voice," the deepest truth you know?  This autobiographical book explores my own and others' experiences with following the inner guidance that's available to everyone in making the most important decisions of your life.

This entertaining and insightful book is about simple mindful practices that can help you find peace and insight when life gets difficult.  It includes interesting stories from my clients, easy-to-do mindful practices, and a compassionate approach to our most challenging life experiences.

Does telling your life story to someone who's interested in you make you feel better?  As you can imagine, it does - even if you're stressed out with a medical problem.  This book reviews the clinical rationale and context for conducting the Life Narrative Interview with medical patients, as well as the research that supports its use, examples of questions to ask, and everything you need to know about how to conduct it.
